RPGCL 110 MTD NGL FRACTIONATION PLANT PROJECT IN BANGLADESH

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The main objective of the project was to supervise the Installation, Construction, Testing, Start-up, Commissioning, Commercial Operation & Facilities Turn-over of the New 110 MTD NGL Fractionation Plant at Kailashtilla, Golapganj, Sylhet, Bangladesh.

SCOPE OF WORK

Agmor Consortium and Pegasus International were awarded the contract for the project management consultancy services by Rupantarita Prakritik Gas Company Ltd.(RPGCL).

Following were the Scope of Services:-

·         Field supervision of all construction, installation and erection works.

·         Establishing & executing all necessary inspection, testing, quality control procedures and measures and advising on acceptance or rejection of works executed.

·         Supervision of commissioning, performance and acceptance/test-run to be carried out by the Contractor and recommendations to RPGCL regarding acceptance of such tests and issuance of Taking over Certificate/Final Acceptance Certificate. 

·         Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and others required for Management Information System.

·         Holding of Monthly Progress Meeting on Contractor’s Monthly Progress Report and preparation of minutes thereon.

·         Maintaining As-Built records, recording of all contractual variations and change orders and assisting in the settlement of such changes and variations.

Preparation of Performance/Acceptance Test Report.
