TGTDCL SUPPLY EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN BANGLADESH

The project was awarded to AGMOR- Pegasus. The Consultancy works started on 27th June, 2011. The project is financed jointly by The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of Bangladesh. Project Completed on September 30 2015.

SCOPE OF WORK
Agmor Consortium and Pegasus International was awarded the contract for the consultancy services.
Following is the scope of work:
• To develop a “Portfolio of Projects”, relating to energy efficiency of Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Limited (TGTDCL).
• Consultancy Services in project implementation such as:
a) Bid Preparation
b) Bid Evaluation
c) Construction Supervision related to Turn-Key Contracts under the Project.
